ROLE OF RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS OFFICE OF RANTAU UTARA DISTRICT IN DISSEMINATION OF LAW NUMBER 16 OF 2019 CONCERNING EARLY MARRIAGE

Abstract:
 This study aims to find out the role of Public Relations (PR) Office Religious Affairs (KUA) Rantau Utara District in socializing law on early marriage. As a theoretical basis analyzing problems this qualitative research, theories about public relations and communication management are used, so that researchers required obtain data information by conducting in-depth interviews observations. research uses approach is descriptive. The informant was Mr. Muhammad Ikhwan Lubis who served as chairman District. collection technique used researcher conduct interviews, observation documentation, using phenomenological approach, which tried meaning phenomenon marriage at KUA analysis descriptive analysis, summarizes all has been collected from interviews. results indicate marriage, North Sub-District conducted special training for young people, socialization well direct counseling educate District.
